156.00 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Charlotte, Virginia on March 11, 2013, in Deed Book 418, at page 708, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on October 06, 2026 at 10:30 AM, in front of the building housing the County of Charlotte Circuit Court, 125 David Bruce Avenue, Charlotte Court House, VA 23923, the property designated as ALL that certain lot or parcel of land, together with any improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, located in the Central District of Charlotte County, Virginia, described and designated as being
